"I initially gave a 5 star review to these guys(because they asked. Wasn't from me within) but, I'd like to take all of that back and give a negative star rating if possible. This agency was so incompetent towards my policy. This was my first time taking auto insurance and boy was this an experience. They first phished me with a lower monthly premium. Then slowly creeped up the price by 15% because "Drive Safe & Save beacon was not installed on time". I have never received the beacon to install it. The delivery guys must've had trouble delivering. I explained to the agency about this situation, but they were reluctant to make any adjustments and put all the extra 15% charge on me. Starting August 2024, they hiked the premium by 30% in the name of "requested documents were not received, discount was discontinued" when I have already submitted ALL required documents well before July.(no documents were ever requested, mind you. I had to find what the necessary documents were by myself and send them in before any request from their side was even made). I have submitted my grades for the Good Student discount TWICE(once during June and another in August)and signed the Steer Clear form (on June 9th) for the Steer Clear discount well before they even requested anything, but they simply say they haven't received the documents. I even showed the agency proof of me sending all documents by email with date and time stamps to the agency but, they STILL say they did not receive it. When being persistent about these extra charges, they simply blame it on "home office" and that they're "6weeks behind schedule due to unforeseen circumstances". They say the extra amount that I paid will be adjusted to the following month's premium but, that NEVER happens. In fact, only other extra charges are further applied. When asked about the reasons for these extra charges, they say "I DON'T KNOW". That's literally what the agency said. They said "we don't know why you're getting discounts randomly removed and charged extra". In addition to all this, when pointing out the agency's incompetence towards my policy's charges, they instructed me to find a different agent. They also instructed me to leave Statefarm and find a different agent if I cannot pay the extra amount because they claim they are not being paid enough to be dealing with my policy. Every time I get into their office for correction of these discounts, they constantly attempt to end the conversation and deflect it by saying "thank you, see you later" over and over without solving the issue. I don't know if all insurance agents would be this disrespectful towards customers after being this inconsiderate of their finances, but definitely was an experience. I had the worst experience ever. I, personally, would never recommend this agency. Statefarm may be a decent option however, this agency isn't. Go with them only if you do not care about your money, because they won't."

"Chris helped me tremendously! We spoke on the phone and he told me every piece of information I needed in detail! He was patient when I asked him questions and he answered them honestly. He helped me set up not only auto insurance but life insurance as well and walked me through that process and laid out what the future would look like for not only me but my son as well with the policy. He’s not one of them guys that try to continuously upsell anything, he’s very nice and honest with his customers. If you’re in the market for new insurance I highly recommend giving him a call!"
